Whenever we go to the Asian store in Pittsburgh, we always look if there are mangoes. They seldom has it so when they do have some, we always buy a box of it. These champagne mangoes are product of Mexico. This is the kind of mangoes that we have in the Philippines.

I am making some lumpia today so I will be a bit busy. I made some lumpia, friend some of it and I put the rest in the freezer. I also brought some to Dad since he like it for snack.- We went to the store and bought some groceries.
- I made some pork chops for dinner.

Now that's a fruit I seldom eat and don't know that I've ever bought, though I do see them in the store occasionally.
I'll be in Mexico in two weeks, and mangos are high on my list of "must-buys"!
