Lechon Kawali

It's not really a lechon Kawali hehehe, I just called it that way because when my husband asked me what kind of menu is it, the first thing that came to my mind is "Lechon Kawali" miss ko na kasi lol. But seriously, even if I just pan fried this with onion, garlic, and salt and pepper to taste, hubby liked it a lot!

He is getting tired of my adobo and other menus kasi so I tried cooking the pork that way and voile, he liked it.



Just remember....

that a little bit of this
and a little dash of that
makes a sumptuous life...

Wow, lechon kawali is one of my favorite dishes kaya lang bawal na bawal sa akin kasi puro cholesterol ito at umaapaw pa ang fat, lol. Madali lang naman yung tunay na lechon kawali and I'm sure John would really love it. Kailanga ng liempo ang gamitin mo. Tapos pakuluan mo lang with asin and konting vetsin at bawang. Kapag malambot na ay idrain mo siya. Mas maganda kung itatali mo siya sa alambre at hayaang tumulo hanggang matuyo saka mo i deep fry. Magingat ka lang dahil matindi ang pilansik nang mantika. Takpan mo yung deep fryer mo para hindi ka matilansikan nang kumukulong mantika. From time to time ay sundutin mo nang fork ang karne para malamang luto na ang loob nang baboy. Drain thoroughly kapag luto na at i chop mo sa desired pieces. Samahan mo nang atchara at sawsawang suka, toyo, bawang, sibuyas, paminta at siling labuyo. Siguradong mapapangiti si John kapag nakain ito at magyayaya sa kwarto pagkakain, hehehe, lol. Joke lang, walang pikunan, lol. Thanks for the yummy post. God bless you all always.

OMG Mommy Rose at bigla akong nagutom, me too missed ko na yung lechon kawali sa atin. Pero ito ha alam ko masarap to with mainit na kanin! Happy Sunday!

nakakagutom naman tong hinanda mo sis....nagutom tuloy ako....ganyan din si goryo minsan sis...even if he did not say it...I can tell he's getting tire of my adobo...lol...great idea...thanks for sharing!
