Turon with Langka or Jackfruit

My husband found some good plantain from the store.  Once in a while, he craves for this snack and buys the plantain .  That's a clear indication for me to make some lol.  I am glad we always have  canned  jack fruit.

It's a great snacks  especially if you want something crispy and sweet. It's one of the  favorite  Filipino snacks here at home. This snack reminds me of my Mom.  He used to make this for us when we were growing up.
