Scandalous Decadent Chocolate Cake

Every time there is a baking goodies sitting  around the kitchen, my daughter could not wait to  do it.  I sometimes let her wait especially when there are other  sweet treats  available.  She baked this  gluten-free  decadent  chocolate cake last weekend and we all loved it!

 Here's what you need:

• 1 pk of gluten-free Glutino cake mix
• 1 cup yogurt 
• 5 tbsp butter
• 2 eggs
• 1 tsp vanilla

For the icing:

• 1 cup pwdered sugar
• 1 stick butter
• 1 tbsp instant coffee mix
• 1 tbsp milk

The procedure is in the box of the chocolate cake mix which is basically, mixing together all the ingredients and  bake it for 45 minutes in a 350 degrees oven.  

 

For the icing, you just have to mux the oiwdered sugar in a room temperatur butter and add the rest of the  ingredients.  

 My daughter put the cake  in the freezer for about ten minutes before putting the icing on.

 It was really  a yummy cake, such a great treat for al of us.
