Ice Cream and Cookie

We don't always  buy ice cream because we are trying to eliminate sweets from our diet.  Once in a while, we crave for it so we buy a small tab.  Another reason why I control  having ice cream at home is that, the kids would  put sprinkle on top so it's a lot of sugar.  When we had this almondina cookie, I tried it with ice cream and it was delicious!
