Won Ton and More - Project 365 # 41

Raquel taught us how to make siomai or dumplings.  It was easier than I thought, all you need is ground chicken, chopped up carrots and onions, soy sauce and pepper, and then mix them together.
Her and Shy wrapped the siomai while me and daughter prepared some puto.  We made some won ton soup, for the broth you need chicken broth (if not, you can just boil water and add a chicken cube on it), then I added some  mushroom and scallions.  It was delish!  Oh we steamed the  dumplings first before we put it on the soup.

And lastly, we made some pandesal, not the kind of pandesal that I was craving for but it's also god.
February 10, 2011:
  • I got to slept in again today due to 2-hour delay from Ms. Burrito's school.
  • When I woke up, I made some breakfast, we ate, and  got Ms. Burrito ready.
  • When Daddy drove her to school, I started doing laundry ( still not done yet but almost).
  • Blogged a little then made some pizza bread, we just got done eating lunch.

Always remember....

that a little bit of this
and a little dash of that
makes a sumptuous life..

Bongga talaga yung sama sama togetehr ninyo nila Shy. Thanks for the yummy post. God bless you all always.

Bilib ako talaga sa cooking skills mo, pati ni Shy and Raquel. Kakainggit! I cook, but not so often as we have a cook (plus, tinatamad din ako minsan...hahaha!). But when I do, I usually require a cookbook...some kind of guide to get me through it. Di ako marunong mag-tancha. :(
