I forgot that I suppose to prepare fish meal last Friday, instead I cooked caldereta wahhhh. That's what we had for lunch weekend hehehe. I think God is saying that I am just making an excuse lol.
April 19, 2011:- This is the last full-day of school of my daughter. They will have a half-day tomorrow then it's Easter break.
- Hubby is off but he is studying right now for his finals in accounting tomorrow.
- I made bacon and egg for breakfast. Not sure what to cook for lunch, hmmmnnn.. Think.. think...and think more lol.
- We brought my FIL to our dentist. He's relieved because he has not been able to sleep for days now.
- Happy birthday to my dear friend Jesusa!

Looks GOOD sis! I'm sure it was a HIT in your family. Did you know that kids are exempt from fasting? :)
yummy, I haven't eaten caldereta for a looong while now!
nyahaha, sometimes if we do crave for the food we liked, we just have to cook and enjoy eating it. Love ko ang caldereta kaso walang goat meat dito. :)
Natakam ako sa post mo sis...
My friend who is also in US told me that one way to counter her home sickness is by cooking Pinoy foods...

The calderata looks so yummy. Don't worry you did not sin because you ate meat on a Friday during Lent. It was just a church admonition to sacrifice. Great that your FIL is already feeling well now. Thanks for the post. God bless you all always.
goodluck to you husband's exam.. hihi
