Tortang Talong or Eggplant fritters/omellete is one of the favorite dishes of Filipinos that my husband likes. I always put tomatoes, onion, and bacon bits.
Hubby love using ketchup but I love hot sauce on top of my torta.
June 2, 2010:- I uploaded these photos before I went to bed last night so I could just post it when I can.
- It's a little bit cool today so we opened all the windows and now the blinds are just dancing through the tune of the wind coming in. If you will be given a choice, would you prefer Roller Blinds or the one that we have where it hang and you can push it in the corner if you want to close it?
- Hubby has classes again tonight. He goes three times a week for his summer classes. I ma glad that he took the night time classes.
- Okidoci, enough of my blahs, I have to write two tasks. Have a nice day folks.

It looks really good, but I don't know about all that ketchup on top :D
I have the vertical blinds that came with the house. I don't know what I would choose if it had nothing. The only irritation is when the wind comes through and keeps rattling them, so I use a hair scrunchy to keep them quiet. :)
It's one of my favorite Filipino dishes. It's easy to cook and I also love ketchup all over it :)
