In times of turmoil, it is best to just keep your cool and digest things. Keeping your silence gives you serenity and time to think on how to handle things effectively.
Serenity is not freedom from storm, but peace amid the storm.

August 30, 2011:
- Today was Mr. Burrito's sixth day of having lessons with me at home. We did some progress, I can see how interested he is in learning now. He got frustrated today when I let him try to write numbers 1-10, it was his first time to write and he was having trouble. I told him that we will try it again tomorrow.
- I made some spaghetti and garlic bread fir dinner today.

Learning is challenging no matter what the age. :-)
Nice Watery Wednesday pic.Love spaghetti and garlic bread yum.
I would never be able to keep my cool teaching - someone would come off worse for the experience LOL Diane
Learning new stuff can be hard .. happy WW!
it is better to become a river because it flows forever..than a flower that blooms only in summer..
It is great to remain silent in moments of turmoil. It affords us to be reflective on the true meaning and values of life. Just be more patient with EJ. Mahirap na ma frustrate yung bata kapag hindi niya nakuha ang gusto mong ipagawa sa kanya. Ang sarap naman nang dinner ninyo- spaghetti with garlic bread. Yummy. Thanks for the post. God bless you all always.
Naks, ang lalim mo Arvin hehehe..
i love the nugget of wisdom you shared with this photo. your little boy needs lots of encouragement, you need lots of patience.:p
Thanks Luna!
Thanks for sharing that words of wisdom.
Bilang mommy, ang hirap talagang magturo sa anak lalo na pag nasa early stage pa lang sila, kailangan ang mahabang pasensya.
Sarap ng spaghetti at garlic bread, mapapa order akong bigla nito sa resto.
By the way, kakabalik lang pala namin ate from vacation. Nakapunta kami ng Albay dahil nagpa extend ako ng passport ng mga bata.
Nice perspective :)
