I made a small bowl of carrot slaw today. I finally baked the lobster cake that I bought from Pittsburgh so I thought of making a little carrot slaw to eat with it.
Ingredients:
- 2 medium sized carrots from our garden
- 2 tablespoon of miracle whip or you can use mayo
- 1/2 cup of milk
- a dash of salt, pepper, and sugar
- 1 tsp of relish
- 1/2 cup lettuce chopped finely
