One of the readers suggested/gave me this idea. I think she's from Indonesia and she said that the is called Pattaya Rice although I used the wild rice mix instead of fried rice. The rice is supposed to be rolled up in an egg but I just made it like an omelet.
November 1, 2011:- With all the things that's going on in our schedules, my laundry got piled up so today, that's what I did aside from teaching Mr. Burrito.
- Now am trying to update even if it's 12 midnight already lol. I planned to at least bloghop today but I just couldn't do it. I had an excruciating migraine late in the afternoon.
- We woke up early and attended the All Saint's Day Mass where Ms. Burrito worn an angel costume and did the first reading. She was also the one who brought the Revelation book to the altar. You made us so proud Anak!
- I made beef nilaga for dinner, it's been a while since we had it and it was delish!
Alrighty, I reckon that I need to go to bed since I have to get up early tomorrow. G'nyt everyone!

Thanks for visiting!
Let me pray for the divine healing of your migraine Rose. By the stripes of Jesus you are healed. Amen. Wow, nilagang baka is really delicious and nutritious too with its many vegetables. Thanks for the post. God bless you all always.
ang sarap naman nito...ma try ko nga to...nakaka bored narin kasi yung plain omelet.
