These are some of the cookies that my SIL Chris made during Christmas. She told me that the pink cookies are made of potatoes! It looks good and it tasted really good! Forgot the name though.

- It was raining and cold today when I fetch my daughter from school.
- I made some caldereta for dinner.
- I just got done with my laundry. I have to fold them first before I put my kids to bed. Whew!

Those certainly do look yummy. We used to make yeast bread with left over mashed potatoes.
