Fried Food with Vegetable Salad #A-Spice-A-Day#23

When everybody wants something fried, making a bowl of salad would somehow counter balance it for a healthy meal.


I found out that shredding the carrots  smaller and chopping the lettuce in small pieces makes it more appetizing for the kids.  This is only the carrots and lettuce, I haven't add the bell pepper to this bowl.

  • I gave my dogs some cleaning using the  water-less foam shampoo and  conditioner.  
  • Vacuumed the floor after cleaning the dogs.
  • The walk going to school and back was bitter cold, it felt like all my fingers will fall off  even though I was wearing gloves.  It's freezing out there.
  • I made macaroni soup as requested by my daughter and fajita as requested by hubby.

Do you ever use food processor mommy? I love mine because it makes shredding or grating a lot faster. Hmmm.. that looks like some yummy bites.
