This is what we had for dinner yesterday. Grilled chicken breast with broccoli, ginger glazed apple, and kimchi as side dish. We also had wild rice with this. I love grilled chicken and I always have kimchi when I ate it. My kids love steamed broccoli. The ginger glazed apple is a good topping for the chicken. It has a little bit honey in it.

- School is closed again today. I am glad because my son is so congested that it would be hard for him in school.
- I made baked rigatoni with hamburger meatballs in it. It was delicious!

Wow, did you cook all that? I want to try it but I want the chicken to still be juicy. I have to research rigatoni. I don't have any talent in the kitchen area so everything about food, cooking, baking are big topics for me. hahaha
