Puto or Rice Cake #A-Spice-A-Day #13

We did not bake any cookies last Christmas  but instead we made some puto.  Puto is a Filipino rice cake, our own version of cupcake.  I always buy  the ready to mix  puto mix whenever I go to the Asian store as my daughter love this.  In fact, she can prepare this by herself.  I only help her with the steaming part as I don't want her to burn herself.

  • I decided to finish the scrapbook this morning before  starting  my blogging chores.  Glad to  see it's gone from my table and  crossed from my  list of things to do.
