I always buy a pack or two of the Carne Picada Extra thin cuts of beef so I don't have to chop them up.

Caldereta #A-Spice-A-Day#95-97
Caldereta is one of the Filipino dishes that my husband love eating with rice.
I usually add green peas, carrots, tomatoes, bell peppers, and hot dog.
Kids and husband love eating caldereta with rice. I love eating this with hot sauce or hot peppers.

caldereta is one of my faves but i am not really good at cooking it. next time i cook it in my kitchen i will make sure to add green peas, too!
