It's been a year since I bought my Ozeri pan and has been using it everyday. This pan utilizes GREBLON, an ultra-safe ceramic coating from Germany which is 100% PTFE and PFOA free.
This pan if cleaned properly can last for a long time but if you scratch it, the non-stick feature will be gone and it won't be good to use for non-stick purposes. I strongly recommend that when cleaning this pan, to use soft cloth only to preserve its non-stick property. If you use to fry something and it stick, don't scratch it, put a dishwashing liquid and water on it and boil it, it cleans easily that way.
Here are other things that you can expect from this Green Earth Pan.
- Innovative textured pan surface delivers enhanced heat distribution and superior non-stick performance without ever releasing harmful fumes or toxins.
- Features a scratch-resistant 100 percent ceramic coating that is super easy to clean.
- Made out of durable heavy-gauge die-cast aluminum with no heavy metals or harmful chemicals.
- Boasts a comfortable heat-resistant silicon coated handle, and a magnetized induction stove safe base for rapid heat transfer.
I like it that they include a pan protector. You can stack other pans on top of it without worrying about scratches,. The protector pan does it's job in protecting it. You can buy this via amazon through this link.
Having a good pan is important in every kitchen. I love cooking and a good pan makes my job easy not just when cooking but when cleaning them. So far, I have used my new pan twice making this Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo. Sorry, I have no recipe as I used the Alfredo kit in a box. I added some mushrooms and green beans for a veggie boost.
My husband love this Italian Sausage with veggies that I made the other day. Here's a simple recipe for this one:
Ingredients:
- 2 Italian Sausage Links, sliced
- Bunch of Okra from our garden
- 1 cup of quartered m button mushrooms
- Thai peppers and hot yellow peppers
- 2 roma tomatoes, sliced
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 medium size onion, sliced
- parsley
- salt and pepper
Procedure:
- Put the coconut oil in a hot pan.
- Add the sliced sausages, brown each side for a couple of minutes.
- Add, the onion, mushrooms, okra, and tomatoes. Let it cook for 5 minutes.
- Add the peppers. Sprinkle salt and pepper to taste.
- Turn off the fire and sprinkle the parsley on top.
Serve it with a steamed rice, such a yummy dish!

That sounds like a really nice pan. The pots and pans that I have are old and definitely need to be replaced - this one sounds like the way to go.
Look at all those veggies! It looks like a terrific dish. Thanks for your review of the Ozeri Green Earth Pan.
I love these pans as think they are great! I like you can stack them without scratching and having a good pan is uber important for me!
I've actually heard great things about Green Earth. Our pots and pans are due to be replaced, so I'll have to look into these. Thanks!
I need one of those urgent for my kitchen lol, I have to check it out. Thanks! :D
I also have a similar pan from Ozeri and I enjoy making stir fried veggies with it. The okra dish looks absolutely delicious. I can't wait to try it,
I like that you have protectors on it when you stack it. That is a great idea that I wish I thought of! Great review!
I like having a good pan for frying things. Also don't use metal utensils on this pan. Get a good plastic spoon and spatula.
This looks like a great pan! I need to look into getting one of these for myself, more so since I know that traditional non-stick pans aren't safe, and they always seem to shluff off their coating way too quickly anyway. Blech!
These pans look great! We are so overdue for new pans. My husband bought me a set last Christmas of expensive, supposed-to-be great ones and I just don't like the way they cook :(
I have 2 frying pans. One being non-stick, the other stainless steel (or whatever it is). I often go for the nonstick one because it just so fantastic to use!!
I have that pan and LOVE it! It works so well! So easy to cook on and clean!
They sound like great pans. The Greblon sounds really cool. Reliable pans go a long way.
This looks like a great non-stick pan!! I am a stainless steel fan myself but I do love the pan protector that comes with this one!! Great review!!
Getting new kitchen tools is so much fun! Makes me want to try new things. :) I love how you used coconut oil in your recipe. It adds a nice flavor!

If you do follow up reviews on products, please tag me for this one, while I love these, they have not really held up well for me and I have cared for them per instructions but they have lost that great coating over a short period of time. Your recipe however has me totally HUNGRY right now! :)

I like that this pan is green AND comes with a protector. I'm constantly reminding my kids to use plastic utensils when cooking with coated pans. They scratch so easily.
Oh yum! I am in love with this recipe, I want to make it now. And I love that the pan is green!!!
You had me drooling over that dish. I love all the ingredients especially the mushrooms and okra. I must try that ASAP. Yum!
It's time I get an upgrade. The one I'm using is worn out, got it for many years. This looks awesome.
I've heard a lot of great things about these green pans. I've walked by them a hundred times in the store and always take a gander. Maybe next time, I'll have to gift myself one!
I have the smaller version of this pan and just love it. I use it for everything. I can't wait to get some more of these green earth pans. They are pretty amazing.
I need to get a new pan. I am going to try the Italian Sausage with veggies recipe. It looks delicious.
I would love to try this pan. My friend has one and she loves it.
I have been curious about this brand for some time now. I'll definitely have to purchase one of these after reading your review!
I've been slowly converting all of my kitchen gadgets over to greener versions! I will have to check Green Earth out!
I need to get that pan, for real. And that dish looks absolutely delicious. Definitely need to try that out.
That sounds like a pan I need in my house! I am constantly cooking with onions and they always stick to my pan. I am checking out Green Earth now.
Non stick pans are great but you're right once they scratch they're pretty much done. This looks like an excellent cooking pan and I love your idea about boiling it in water, I never thought of that!
