Aside from the Twinkle Sprinkcle Cupcakes that I baked, we also got EJ an ice cream cake for his birthday. I don't know why he loves it but that's what he wanted too last year on his birthday.
It's funny that when you asked him how old he is now, he would say "I'm 16!" Lol. Why is it that when your a child, you want to grow up so badly but when you are a grown up already, you feel like being a kid is the best thing.

I also love Ice Cream cakes, yum yum. In South Africa because Christmas is usually very hot, I always made an Ice cream Christmas cake with lots of fruit in it, so delicious. Hope all is well. Belated happy New Year diane
We ALWAYS get Carvel cakes for birthdays around here. There is NOTHING like that cookie filling in the center!!! NOM.
Ice cream cakes is the best. We always pick up a Carvel cake for birthdays. Everyone in the family loves them, so it's all ice cream cake all the time for every birthday in the house.

I LOVE Carvel ice cream cakes. I have to be honest. I've steered the kids towards Carvel cakes for their own birthdays. LOL
